Sanborn To Receive 2007 Ambassador of Free Enterprise Award

(HIGHLANDS RANCH, Colorado. 2007) International speaker and bestselling author Mark Sanborn will receive the 2007 Ambassador of Free Enterprise award from Sales & Marketing Executives International (SMEI) on September 22 in Dallas, Texas, at the SMEI Academy of Achievement event. He is president of Sanborn & Associates, Inc., an idea studio dedicated to developing leaders in business and in life.

SMEI is the only worldwide forum created for sales and marketing executives. The organization provides a personal and professional community devoted to providing knowledge, growth, leadership and connections between peers in both sales and marketing. The SMEI Academy of Achievement was established in 1990 to “recognize leaders who have made extraordinary contributions to the free enterprise system.”

An honoree is nominated for his or her “demonstrated expertise in selling, marketing, or business leadership, and because of [his or her] major role in promoting the concepts of leadership and free enterprise.”
