    Great list Mark. Here’s a few more:

    • Excel: at helping others achieve their potential

    • Exercise: your influence to help others succeed

    • Endure: through the difficulties

    This is a great exercise. I’m going to ENLIST my student leaders in this to ENGAGE their minds.
