When it comes to living fully, this threat is deadly.</p>
<p>What is it?</p>
<p>Distractions. Background noise. Static. Interruptions. Drifting. The attention grabbing but action interrupting.</p>
<p>We are bombarded with distractions and volunteer for many of them. We constantly check our text messages, emails, voicemails and Facebook accounts. We twitter, talk and took off on tangents.</p>
<p>Can some of those activities be purposeful? Of course some can, but not all.</p>
<p>Distractions are those things that prevent us from doing the important work we should be about.</p>
<p>(And I hope this blog wasn&#8217;t a distraction for you today.)</p>
