How to Make the Ordinary Extraordinary
Personalize the message of Mark's bestselling book, The Fred Factor, for your audience. This highly motivational presentation explains how you can become a Fred ... providing you the means to reinvent your business and life through self-mastery, vision, empowerment, and service. This program is a powerful way to get everyone from front-line employees to upper management focused on the importance of self-responsibility and creating value for those we work and live with. It goes beyond the workplace to show viewers how to enrich their personal lives as well.

You can reinvent yourself regularly.
No matter what job you hold, what industry you work in or where you live in the world, you wake up every morning “tabala rasa,” with a blank slate, and you can make your business and your life anything you choose.

Consider the response Mark received after his recent keynote presentation on The Fred Factor at the annual GMA (Gospel Music Association) Awards in Nashville:
wow...just experienced an amazing keynote address from Mark Sanborn, author of "The Fred Factor". I would strongly recommend the tape and or book for anyone who desires to be a leader, or is called to be a follower. Some of the most powerful concepts you will ever hear, in language that a pre-schooler could understand....... I guess that's why I got what he was saying :-) Incredible stuff. Across the board, I think it's quite possibly the most challenging GMA I've ever attended. The bar has definitely been raised!
I agree that the Mark Sanborn keynote address was a highlight. If you heard Ken Blanchard last year, this was at least as good (in my opinion). It's been a good week. This has definitely been one of the better years.
